This characterful hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from Newquay’s beach, town centre and train station, making it convenient for walking, surfing or windsurfing breaks. Great Western is an imposing hotel in a magnificent position. All rooms at the hotel have their own en suite bathrooms, and many have large bay windows overlooking the ocean. This enables you to take in the delight that is Newquay beach and it is not unusual to watch surfers from your room. Please note that from November 2007 until the end of February 2008, the hotel is under major refurbishment. Some rooms are open for bookings, but please be aware that only continental breakfast will be available (at extra cost) to have in your room, and none of the hotels facilities will be in use.
