This friendly, traditional, family-run guest house is situated on Eastbourne's seafront, opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens and Redoubt Fortress Military Museum. The guest house offers clean and comfortable accommodation, with en suite facilities (either a bath or a shower). A full English breakfast with cereal and fruit is served each morning. Evening meals are available in June and September, please book in advance. A licensed 'honesty' bar with Sky TV is also included on site. Please note there are no facilities for smokers. Unrestricted parking is possible on the roads around the sides and back of the guest house, and a small private car park is located at the rear of the building.
