The Fleur du Jardin, contrary to its literal translation, is not ‘The Flower of the Garden’ but a breed of internationally acclaimed Guernsey cows!! In the reception of the ‘Fleur’ is a descriptive of how the ‘Fleur’ got its name. The Fleur du Jardin xii was a breeding cow of some repute and we would like to think we have maintained that reputation, be it now of culinary hospitality and an envied quality of product. We are what you see, relaxed and informal with a hint of the unusual.
